Mentorships should never to be designed to be a “one size fits all” because every artist is different and is on different levels of their artistry journey! This is one of the amazing qualities of Stephanie’s mentorship program…because after meeting for a full artistry & social media consultation, she curates and designs a mentorship specifically tailored to YOU, your current level of experience, and your future goals! Below is a little more details on the overall structure of this mentorship:

Artistry & Social Media Consultation: We will have an in-person (or virtual depending on where you live) meeting to evaluate your current artistry skillset, we will also take a dive into analyzing your current social media page. The evaluation of both of these topics will be the foundation of personalizing your mentorship specifically to what YOU need to work on to ensure growth. Mentorships should never be a one size fits all, this program is going to be tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Artistry Kit Evaluation & Revamp: In the same meeting as your Artistry & Social Media Consultation, we will also evaluate what products and items are in your current artist kit. Making sure you have quality and personalized products in your kit it VITAL to ensure luxurious, seamless, and long-wearing makeup to ensure that clients keep coming back to book you! Once we evaluate your current kit, I will provide you a personalized and tailored product list that I would suggest you add to your kit to level up the quality of service you are providing your clients.

Scheduled Monthly Touch base Calls: We will schedule hour-long monthly touch base calls to go over progress of certain “homework assignments” I provide to you within each month, as well as to chat about any questions/concerns, and provide constructive critiques to ensure growth throughout the next phases of your mentorship.

Shadowing Opportunity: This allows you to shadow me on at one wedding of your choice! This allows you to observe all of my artistry techniques in real time, be provided insight on my etiquette and dynamics with my clients in a professional setting, have access to my kit and all my beauty products, as well as ask any and all questions you have along the way! You are provided with a notebook to take notes on everything you’re observing to soak it all in and refer back to whenever you need. If you are located out of state and do not wish to travel to shadow me, I will provide an alternative virtual opportunity.

Instagram Bootcamp Training Program: You will receive full & permanent access to my Instagram Bootcamp Training Program that breaks down all of the tips, tricks, and logistics into how I have built up my instagram and content to land me celebrity/influencer clients, international brand campaigns, booked year round with bridal including, international weddings, and making multiple 6 figure incomes a year without having to pay for any marketing due to my instagram.

2 Private 1:1 Trainings (in person or virtual): You will complete two one-hour 1:1 trainings with me! We will do an in depth, live class where we focus on whatever look or focus feature you are wanting to work on. We go through the entire process step by step in a hands on approach so you get a real feel for the techniques.

Monthly Makeup & Social Media Challenge Homework Assignments: Each month of the mentorship will come with a series of artistry & social media homework assignments that you will submit to me to continue challenging your artistry, techniques, and social media presence. Within each assignment submission, you will receive detailedl and personalized feedback to make sure you are growing within each assignment. 

Full Access to Communication with Stephanie Q&A Anytime: You will have full exclusive access to me to ask any and all questions related to your business, artistry, & social media whenever you’d like!

Personalized Business Coaching for Pricing, Contracts, E-mail Etiquette, & More: I will help guide you in ensuring you are pricing your services to value your time & experience, as well as provide you with a detailed contract that will ensure that you are protected in all aspects, and also help guide you on E-mail etiquette as needed to ensure you are sealing the deal & providing a professional experience for your client.
